ALL entry forms found here must be turned in to the advisor to be submitted to each major show, this is an entry requirement by each show to validate each student's eligibility to participate in a junior show. If you have any questions or need help, visit with Mr. Hindman. 

Entry summary forms and payment need to be turned in to Mr. Hindman by November 20, 2020.
